Go to the genba (where the work happens) to master your skills in kaizen (continuous incremental improvement).

This event enables an organization’s team members to come to our genba (where the work happens) to master skills in kaizen (improvement work) through active participation in a Rapid Process Improvement Workshop at Virginia Mason.

What is a Rapid Process Improvement Workshop (RPIW)?

An RPIW is a five-day workshop focused on a particular process in which the people who do the work are empowered to eliminate waste and reduce the burden of work. It is designed around the plan-do-study-act (PDSA) method.
