The aim of this NHS program is to develop and implement a large-scale health improvement service program across the selected trusts, build capability within trusts to deliver safe, high-quality and reliable care, and support organizational change for improvement efforts. Each of the trusts is provided coaching, tools and guidance from the front line to the executive level so that every staff member is empowered to make improvements that put the patient first.
