Over this eight-week program, learners build the skills needed to drive meaningful organizational improvement. Like clinicians assessing a patient, they examine current workflows to understand how the business operates. They’re introduced to tools and methods—your “treatment options”—and practice them in their own areas, engaging teams in tests of change that help create new best practices for daily work.
Delivery Model
This hybrid course spans eight weeks, allowing learners to Learn, Experience, Apply, and Perform. Training combines modern on-demand modules with live virtual coaching and support. Each participant should expect roughly 40 total hours of learning time.
