Advanced Healthcare Improvement Training


Across this two-phase, 16-week program, learners apply their training to a real process-improvement project within selected value streams. The program concludes with each participant demonstrating a “teach back,” building the skills needed to confidently teach and coach others in your organization.

This hybrid course is delivered in two phases, allowing learners to Learn, Experience, Apply, and Perform. Content is provided through modern on-demand modules paired with live virtual coaching and support. Total expected learning time is about 84 hours.
