Over eight weeks, learners explore their role in sponsoring continuous improvement through strategic alignment and operational execution. Fieldwork bridges each session, helping leaders apply actions in real time. Delivery Model
Four 2-hour virtual training sessions with fieldwork between each. The sessions use an adult-learning format that blends instruction, interactive breakouts, discussion, reflection, and short breaks.
